Hello! Im a coder for a clinic that just got Podiatry. My boss asked me for advice on how to bill toenail trimmings for Medicare. Any advice on this? Does this typically deny? What all needs to be documented for possibly medically necessary? Modifiers to use? ANY info will help thank you!
