Hello,
I am completely confused. Do you use V70.0 with the G0439 code for a Medicare annual wellness exam? Not patient's first Welcome to Medicare visit. Thank you!!

As far as I know CMS has never specified a dx code to use for an AWV.

Our practice does use v70.0 for this.
