Wiki Medicare wellness along with a home visit

Hi, I understand (correct me if I'm wrong) that a Medicare wellness (G0439) may be billed during a home visit. My question is, can a home visit code also be billed if all elements and proper documentation are met for the home visit. (99341-99350)
