Good afternoon everyone, my provider is using a new medication/multivitamin for infusion. I cannot fine it anywhere. I have the NDC # but not the HCPC and I am not sure where to turn. The name is Infuvite MVI, NDC is 54643-5649-1. They were trying to use A9153 but the description says oral and it was given by IV. Has anyone billed this out or can you point me in the right direction?
