Should the chief complaint be medication refill for HTN, DM, etc or can just medication refill be accpetable?
 
I would say yes, to list the dx in which the refill is being given. EX: Medication refill for HTN. or RX refill for HTN. It will clearly define the reason for the visit. If the patient has multiple diagnoses.
