Wiki medication/supplies use for anesthesia

I have bill for anesthesiologist before, however the providers usually work with surgery centers that provide with all medications and supplies, so this provider is telling me they are buying the supplies and drugs use, for the procedures in the surgical center, if I bill with POS 24 the medication is considered inclusive in the procedure, is there any modifier that I can use to reflect that the supplies and drugs were purchased by the anesthesiologist?
