provider placed a Mediport in patient. He felt that the locking collar had be properly place.
he returned pt back to the OR just to make sure.
procedure: Exploration of Mediport pocket and reclosure of the wound.

The incision was opened and port was examined. The locking collare was in placed. The wound was the reclosed . What would the CPT code be for this.
