Hello, i recently started billing for a family practice. I use the online version of total md. My claims rejected because the ndc information did not come through on the claims. After many headaches and visits with tech support, i decided to switch to gateway cleariong house. Even with careful mapping, the claims still would not go through. I lost that doctor because i could never get teh claims accepted! Now i am considering purchasing medisoft and i wonder if anyone on this form has successfully sent any claims with ndc information on them from medisoft through office ally. Do you use txt file or ansi format?
