Heyy
I can't find the previous thread where this topic was discussed but just wondering for complexity of problems when a patient comes in with exacerbated menopause symptoms and she is rx'd various things in order for this condition to be considered chronic condition with exacerbation even though that is what it is technically the first visit because we all know menopause is chronic because it stays with you for life but would i need to wait for this person to be diagnosed as menopause for at least a year before i can code a visit like that as moderate mdm?

thanks!
