Can you bill 99354 in addition to 90791 or 90837 if the psychologist or LPC has a 2 hour session with a patient either for their diagnostic interview or psychotherapy? Will insurance pay?

Not with 90791 as the intake is not timed. Yes with 90837 along with 99355 and 90785. check with specific carrier for coverage details.
