Mental health assessment and substance abuse assessment

Hi! I have a practice where one provider does the mental health assessment and a different provider within the same practice does a substance abuse assessment. Is there a way to report both services since 90791 and 99408 cannot be billed together? Both providers bill under the same tax ID. We can send the codes on different claims but we're assuming one of the codes will deny. Any ideas? Thanks!
