Hello,

Can someone please tell me that when a psychologist or neuropsychologist bill for a new eval 90791 what add-on code can be used as well? A patient that was seen had a neuropsychological evaluation and I know they cannot bill the 90792; since the G2212 is not valid with this code, I am not sure what other ones there are.
