Wiki Mental health parity codes for California

I am looking for a list of the codes covered in the Parity law for California. I have the categories:
Schizophrenia
Schizoaffective d/o
Major Depression
OCD
Bipolar
Anorexia
Bulimia
Panic d/o
autism and pervasive deverlopmental d/o
and
certain serious emotional disturbances of a child.

This could be a whole bunch of codes or it may just be a selected few. I have been able to find lists for New York and Massachusetts but nothing for California.
