Has anyone ever coded for the following procedure:

Arthroscopic microfracture of lateral rotator cuff footprint-

"Placed marrow vents with a microfracture technique utilizing a small punch in the lateral portion of the footprint to allow for mesenchymal stem cells and pluripotent cells to bathe the newly repaired rotator cuff"

I researched and found either it is included in extensive debridement 29823 or unlisted code 29999
