mesenteric vein to portal vein bypass redo

I have a procedure that the dr performed a mesenteric vein to portal vein bypass with vein (obtained from the leg) but there was compromise within the flow due to the port caliber. He removed the vein bypass and used goretex. I am torn. Do I use 35251 vein bypass or the 35281 for nonvein? Any suggestions?
