I know the mesh add on 49568 should be used with 49560-49566, but what aboout a Rev of Colostomy w/Parastoma Hernia Repair. My physcian used mesh when doing a 44346. Is there a add on or other code I could bill for the additional mesh repair or is it just inclusive? My physician just acn't understand why it would be bundled. I am sure there are those of you who can sympathize. ;)
