Can anyone clarify if a Metatarsal Stress Reaction is the same as Metatarsal Stress Fracture. The report says Metatarsal Stress Reaction with sesamoiditis.

I am using codes 733.94 for Metatarsal Stress Reaction and 733.99 for Sesamoiditis.

Not sure if I should use E/M code or Fracture Care Code.
