I am having a hard time figuring out how to code these, the doctor is submitting 94640, 94070, and 95070 and I am getting a cci edit for 94640 and 94070. My encoder pro subscription lapsed and our office is waiting for the renewal to go through. In the mean time I am struggling to figure out if this needs a modifier and what he is doing and .. help I am lost. I think they are doing a test before as a baseline and then the challenge test and then the same test afterwards. Or I gathered that from googling trying to understand this challenge test. Shouldn't there be a J code for the supply they are using?

Please help, new pulmonology coder ... :(
