Does anyone know of a good mental health practice management/billing software. The company I currently use is dragging their feet with 5010. HELLO!!!! This is important. I have done a lot of research and haven't found much. I am a billing service, so I need a system to support 3-4 practices (with 1 or 2 providers each), so not many. I thought I picked a good one before, however, I didn't. Anyone have suggestions???? Thanks
 
We just switched over to NextStep Solutions in November, and so far I really like them. They offer billing/scheduling/and EHR with e-prescribe all rolled into one. We have a medium sized practice, and they fit our needs perfectly, and were much more affordable than other software systems we used. You can check them out online at nextstepsolutionsinc.com

I can tell you we transferred from Therapist Helper, which is anything but. I would not recommend them.
