Wiki micro fracture radial head w/multiple drilling

good morning, does anyone know which cpt code I would use for a micro fracture of the humerus, I know 29879 is for the knee but I cannot locate one for the elbow? thank you

Your going to have to use the unlisted code for that. I had one recently where the physician did microfracture of the proximal humerus. There are no codes for these. Since the radial head is so small, maybe consider using 29823 as a comparison code instead of 29879?
