Can anyone help me with a CPT for Microtendonotomy or if it's an unlisted CPT what would be a similar CPT? It's for medial epicondylitis. "A grid pattern was created, spacing each tendinotomy 5 mm apart.... a total of approximately 15 bursts of radiofrequency were used to perform this tendinotomy."
Thanks!

Radio Wave Surgery/Micro Tendonotomy

The patient has medial epicondylitis. The surgical procedure is elbow micro tendinotomy of the common flexor tendon. The description is- incision is made overlying the medial epicondyle; dissection is carried through the subcutaneous tissue; the peritenon of the common flexor tendon is incised; the ArthroCare Topax device was selected and used to perform a micro tendinotomy of the tendon at it's insertion at the medial epicondyle. A grid pattern was created, spacing each 5mm apart. A total of approximately 15 burst of radiofrequency was used.
Thanks!
