I am coding a transesophageal echocardiogram, I know the codes for that but can I, and if so, how do I .........code for "contrast injection of microbubbles performed"

Are you asking about a Echo Bubble Study? It's not a contrast injection but an injection of NS (normal saline). If so,

Code the usual TEE echo codes supported in the report. The NS is usually such a small amount it is not codable. The push to administer the NS is considered inclusive to the echo
