Can someone help me with this op report? Provider has given me 29827 and 29806 and also stated he did a microfracture. I'm leaning toward billing 29827 and 29823 but not sure. Thank you

We usually report microfracture with unlisted code 29999. I don't think there is enough documentation to warrant billing 29823. Since 29806 bundles with 29827, you can report 29827 and 29999. There is always the option of adding modifier -22 to 29827 if you feel like the documentation supports it with the extra work on the labrum.
