Wiki Microsurgical lymphatic-venous anastamosis?

Hi,

Has anyone coded for microsurgical lympatic-venous anastamosis? I submitted the claim with 38999 and the 4 page operative report, and insurance paid $700 out of $25,000 billed.

Any insight is appreciated.
