Wiki Mild cognitive decline? Dx Code.

Hi all, I have been asked to code some Psych diagnosis, which I haven't done before & I was hoping someone could tell me if I am on the right track. Is Mild cognitive decline (as stated by the Psychiatrist) coded as 331.83 Mild cognitive impairment?

Yes, I would use 331.83 assuming none of the 'exclusions' for the code apply.
