Hey everyone

If the tubes/ovaries are resected laparoscopically and a mass as well done lapro, but everything wouldn't fit into the endocatch bag because specimens were to big and a mini laparotomy was performed at the end to removed specimens do we still code the procedure as lapro and nothing in addition mabye a 22? I would assume.......
