I wanted to see if any of your physicians are doing this procedure and how you are billing it.
The procedure is a minimally invasive mitral valve replacement. The biggest difference in this procedure and the original procedure is the approach.
I am leaning toward using 33430, but i would like any input on someone who has already been coding these.
