Hello,
I need help finding out if PA Medicaid pays for the supply of the IUD Mirena. I have looked on the fee schedule for the J7302, but it is not on there. I didn't know if anyone else has found a HCPCS code that Medicaid does pay for. Any help or feedback would be greatly appreciated!!!!
