Wiki Mirena - trouble getting

Provider had trouble getting Mirena to go in place properly and it came back out of place. She had to use another Mirena to get it inserted properly. Is there a way to bill for that second Mirena?

We only bill for one and send the first one back to the manufacturer for replacement.

I agree with Kim... Send the original back and bill for to the new placement.
