My therapist missed the reporting day for the 10th day of treatment on a Medicare patient. She did the progress note on the 11th day instead of the 10th. Can I add the G codes to the 10th visit even though it was a regular treatment day and not a progress note? Thanks for any advice.
 
I really didn't word that correctly. I didn't know if it actually had to be a progress note or could just be a treatment note. If she missed the 10th visit and did the progress note on the wrong day, how do we move forward? I assume the 10th visit will get denied for no G codes.
