Is anyone billing for Mitosol in the ASC? If so, what code are you using and are you getting paid? Thanks!
 
I have billed it only once recently, so I am not sure what they are reimbursing. The rep sent me some info on it, but I cannot get it to upload. You bill with HCPCS J3490. If you would like, you can send me your email and I can send the document to you. :o
