Would you consider a mitral valve repair using a quadrangular resection of the posterior leaflet, along w/ 28 mm carbomedics ring a 33426 0R 33427 (radical) ? I am going back and forth in my mind on this...it does not seem too radical to me per the OP note. Anyone who has any input would be appreciated.

CPT 33426 is used if all the surgeon needs to do is place a prosthetic ring, if they need to do any kind of resection/reconstruction, use 33427. So, in this case, bill 33427.
