Sometimes, patients have both restrictive and obstructive lung disease. For example, a patient who have emphysema cause obstruction but who also has kyphoscoliosis causing restriction. What is the best approach to comprehensively describe the patient's situation through ICD-10? (emphysema, kyphoscoliosis, restrive and obstructive lung disease)?
