What are infertility groups coding for a Mock Embryo Transfer? I have heard from other fertility groups to code office visit, ultrasounds done, blood work done, ultrasound guidance done, etc. and ASRM website says to code 58974-52(embryo transfer plus the modifier for reduced services) is the most accurate description of the service being rendered. Please advise and thank you!!! I want to follow the coding rules but I am unclear ?
