Wiki Mod 50 & 2 units

Our doctor performed 50590 on both ureters so I know I need to add the 50 modifier. My question is do I also put 2 as the units when billing? He also did a retrograde on both sides as well. Do I bill LT/RT or can I put 50 modifier on 77420. I know 26 is also used.
Any advice is appreciated.

You do not use 2 units when you use the 50 modifier. To use the 50 or to use two lines with rt and then lt modifiers is payer specific
