What give to med. office attached mod 51 or mod. 59? My question is about only money, is these modifiers reduce or increase the reimbursement?

both modifiers will cause to second procedure to reduce as it is suppose to. The 51 modifier's job it to alert the payer that this is a second procedure in the same session to allow the multiple procedure reduction to occur, however with electronic processing now, this occurs automatically. The 59 allows the procedure pay and not bundle with the other although the second procedure will still discount.
The multiple procedure discount is not something you can avoid modifier or no. when you perform multiple procedures in the same session you have to prep only once, so that part of the reimbursement for the subsequent procedures is carved out, "discounted".
