When a procedure has been discontinued after anesthesia was administered and the incision was made for Fusion 22558, and then the decision was made not to proceed . the 90 day global is still in effect correct ? I just want to make sure that is correct . Would this be the same even in no incision was made but patient received anesthesia ? Thanks in advance
