Wiki Mod 59 and add on codes

Does anyone know if there is a need for a mod 59 with an add on code?
For example, using 96367 with the 96413. I would not add a modifier to it...but need some thoughts

No need for -59

There is no need to use a -59 modifier with add-on codes.
