Mod for facial nerve monitoring HELP

I submitted claim for
Typmanomastoidectomy w/OCR = 69642
Facial nerve monitoring 3hours = 95867

Insurance paid 69642
but denied 95867 for code inconsistant w/modifier

Would modifier -59 be the correct modifier to use with 95867?
 
95867 is for the actual electromyography so you will also want to add 95920 for each hour of monitoring. If this is for physician billing then you may want to consider appending -26 for a professional component.
