Wiki Mod Sedation turns deep sedation....Help

Pediatric patient comes into ER. Physician provides Mod (Cons) sedation but the patient goes into Deep Sedation. Does ANYONE have any info they can share with me on what needs to be done to complete a record and bill that charge? Please, please, please - any and all links for ER documentation Deep Sedation, would be greatly appreciated.
