90846 and 90806 were done on the same day by the same therapist, which code can I add modifer 25 to?

Modifier 25 is used for MEDICAL E/M codes only. Unless the therapist provided psychotherapy AND medical evaluation and management (already bundled into one code) AND another procedure/service, modifier 25 would not apply.
