hello, hoping someone can advice on coding for surgery, patient had a modified McCall culdoplasty during Total Hysterectomy provider stated culodplasty procedure was added to prevent vaginal prolapse, is culdoplasty billed separate or is it non billable and part of hysterectomy? Thanks.

Since was done to PREVENT, not treat prolapse, you should consider it included. All hysterectomy procedures include at a minimum suturing to prevent prolapse following the procedure.
