If Modifier -22 is appended to a surgical CPT code that allows Multiple Procedure pricing or Multiple Endoscopic Procedure pricing. Would this surgical code be excluded from the Multiple Procedure Surgical Rule? Would it be excluded from the multiple Endoscopic procedure rule? Thank you
