Question, Has anyone ever heard on applying the 25 modifier to the administration codes?or procedure codes? Have I missed something, I thought it was only for E/M codes? Help please! :eek:
 
I have only used it with E&M codes with the exception of CPT 90862, medication management. I would not append it to the regular drug administration codes; usually the -25 goes on the E&M.
