working for health center FQHC,
if billing for a 99213 for professional and facility and also did xray 74046 would we need a modifier 25 on the e/m.
we would bill S99213, T99213 and S74046- 26, T74046 - TC , but i wasnt sure if i needed a modifier 25 on the T99213?
any help would be appreciated.
