I'm just curious as to why cpt 70015 "Cisternography, positive contrast, radiological supervision and interpretation" would need a modifier 26 or a modifier TC when the code description states "supervision and interpretation". Looking at cpt 70010 "Myelography, posterior fossa, radiological supervision and interpretation" does not need a mod 26 or mod TC.
