Wiki Modifier 33 on immunizations

I am confused re: mod 33 on immunizations. The information in CPT assistant says not to use mod 33 on inherently preventive, e.g. immunizations, but then immunization are included in the list of 4 serviced that do require mod 33. What am I missing?
