Does anyone know the correct usage for modifier 33?

Modifier 33 is a new modifier added by the AMA in December. They have a couple of news letters regarding the definition and usage of the modifier. You can get these from their website. Also there is another thread on the forum for Modfier 33 if you go there you will find the info you seek.
