Wiki Modifier 52? Mastectomy followed by reconstruction

General Surgeon does a bi-lateral skin sparring mastectomy, who I code for, followed by the plastic surgeon who completes the procedure with his reconstruction.
My question is shouldn't I use a modifer 52 on the general surgeons portion as he did not stay and close the wounds?
