Do you us modifier 52 when a radiologist performs only the reading of the
x-ray when the code states supervision & interpretation?

52 modifier

If the CPT code states supervision and interpretation you would append a "52" modifier for a interpretation only since the radiologist did not supervise the actual procedure.
